Streamlabs Desktop

I am trying to stream and all of the sudden, my streams seem to be moving in fast forward and even offline recordings are doing the same. The audio is "normal" but the video is recording as if it is in fast forward. My output bitrate while streaming has been halved.

An issue that has popped up with our recent release of Dual Output. We hope to have a fix out for it shortly so it won't happen again. However the following steps have been resolving this issue.

Remove the working data from Streamlabs Desktop, and have it reload it from the Cloud. Follow these steps:

You will need to re-enter the settings > video and Settings > Output > Streaming and Recording settings manually.
Make a screenshot of these settings before proceeding!

1. Close Streamlabs Desktop

2. Copy the following: %appdata%
   then press the Windows Key on your keyboard, Press CTRL + V then press Enter.

3. This will put you into your roaming folder, scroll down until you see slobs-client

4. Rename it to _slobs-client to have a backup.
   This will act as if you deleted your cache and all current scenes and settings. 

5. Restart Streamlabs Desktop as Administrator when launching.

6. Select start fresh, and then sign in when prompted. Skip any auto-optimization steps. 

After logging in, your scenes and sources should restore.

You will need to re-enter the settings > video and Settings > Output > Streaming and Recording settings manually.
